1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 977bt ("we", "us", "our", "977bt", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 977bt website at 977bt.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 977bt platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of any feature of the platform — including browsing, account registration, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing games — constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent amendments made to them.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the 977bt platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

3 Account Registration & Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 977bt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:

• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. 977bt may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum deposit: ৳200 for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer minimums may differ and will be displayed on the deposit page.
• Deposit processing: Mobile money deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your 977bt account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of the relevant financial institution.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: 977bt aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method and may take additional time.
• Withdrawal verification: 977bt reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. You must ensure that your account is fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request to avoid delays.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 977bt may, at its discretion, process withdrawals via an alternative method if the original method is unavailable.
• No third-party payments: You may not deposit funds from a payment account belonging to a third party, and withdrawals will not be made to third-party accounts.

977bt does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile money provider.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game sessions on 977bt are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other category available on the platform. By placing a bet or commencing a game session, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable product rules.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 977bt:

• Finality of bets: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 977bt system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of each bet you place.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Responsible Gaming

Where local law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, those liabilities are excluded or limited only to the full extent permitted by law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

977bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• We suspect that the account is being used in breach of these Terms.
• We have reason to believe that fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity has taken place in connection with the account.
• The account holder has not completed required identity verification within a reasonable period.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or a court order.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or betting activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at 977bt's discretion, particularly where the balance is linked to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.

Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their preferred payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Amendments & Governing Law
